The contractor provides

Qualified jobsite execution.

  • Field verification and structural preparation
  • Level, plumb, square, and correctly sized opening conditions
  • Flashing, waterproofing, sill preparation, drainage, and sealants
  • Labor, lifting equipment, tools, fasteners, and incidental materials
  • Protection, testing, adjustment, code compliance, permits, and inspections

Unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement, ModernFold does not install, supervise installation, control jobsite means or methods, or guarantee installer workmanship. Installers and contractors are independent third parties and are not agents of ModernFold.

The opening, structure, sill, jambs, drainage, and finish clearances match the approved requirements.

Logistics
